John 12:25-27

^25 (A)He who loves his ^[a]life loses it, and he who ^(B)hates his ^[b]life in this world will keep it to life eternal. ²⁶ If anyone ^[c]serves Me, he must follow Me; and ^(C)where I am, there My servant will be also; if anyone ^[d]serves Me, the Father will ^(D)honor him.
